Cres Alejado is a seasoned BPO leader with 12 years in the industry, supporting client partners in Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support in various fields, including Internet, Telecommunications, and Energy Comparison. Through her tenure, she has learned and developed skills in both customer experience and employee engagement, she understands the meaning of hard work and has learned the value of camaraderie. Cres received a Hero Award, recognizing her efforts to serve her people amidst pandemic. Cres completed her BA in Philippine Arts at the University of the Philippines. She sees herself as a person who was raised in the literature field and loves reading books.
