Catherine Gramata, also known as Kate, has more than 9 years of combined experience in sales, marketing and management. She started her professional career as a Sales Associate and was eventually promoted as Team Manager in the BPO industry. After 4 years in the BPO, she decided to work from home for her family. She started as a Sales Account Manager and was eventually promoted to Head of Sales Team. Within the same year, she transitioned to the marketing department and became the Marketing Director. Most recently, before becoming a Client Success Manager of Legacy-Virtual, she also handled the marketing department of a real estate group. With her previous experience, she is excited to share her knowledge and expertise to the team and the clients she will be working with.
