Marbie started her career in the BPO in 2009 and joined Training and Development within a year because of her passion for teaching. In 2014, she moved to Operations as a Team Leader and supported Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support programs. Since then, she has made it her goal to help others succeed by developing and improving their skills. Marbie is also a Nursing graduate and mother to an amazing 9-year-old kid. When the pandemic started, she invested in equipment to try working from home and since then has found it equally fulfilling after being able to spend more time with family and loved ones. Marbie managed to learn all about online engagements as a C-level Executive Assistant and Project Manager for a year prior to joining Legacy Virtual as a Client Success Manager.
