Alex has been in the BPO industry for 16 years from agent to Team Leader to Operations Manager. Her previous work in the BPO lasted for 11 years where she handled an account consisting of almost 200 headcount and maintained the account on top rank across all competitions. Daily, she had to manage operations, attended to client needs (meetings and calibrations) and made sure the account was in top shape daily. She decided to move to the work at home set up due to the pandemic to ensure her and her family’s safety.
